The impossible task of how to move one item at a reasonable price can be a time consuming and challenging task. Moving can be very expensive, especially if you don’t have enough time to do it yourself, all the packing and moving of furniture pieces. 1.      Schedule your moving date

There are times when your preferred date affects the actual cost that your removal company will be charging you. Check which is the best time to conduct your relocation plans that will allow you to save more. Ask your chosen removalist firm which is their off-season and if it doesn’t conflict with your moving plans, make the necessary adjustments to meet that schedule. You could even ask a good deal of bargain during these off-season months.

2.      Verify their moving expertise on special items

If you need to move one item only like your gym equipment or family piano, verify first if your hired removal firm has special equipments to move and transport these kinds of items. Don’t forget to ask if there will be extra charges when there are needs to use specialize packing materials or will they hire additional expert movers to transport your precious piano. All these concerns should be relayed to their moving team leader or manager to ensure that your move is a success.

3.      Adjust your time

Sometimes, if you are willing to adjust your time alongside the scheduled trips of your choice of small move company, you could ask for a discount in exchange for your consent of moving your items within their most convenient trip schedule. If you are not in a hurry to make your move, find the most appropriate time that your moving company can give you at a discounted price. For sure they are more willing to make a deal, since you are also making a great favor in their behalf that would also benefit them in the end of the trip.

Thanks for your comment/question however for only one chair the cost of moving it from Hobart TAS to Perth WA would be significantly higher than what the chairs worth say approx $1,200 to $1,995 inc GST. For that price you could move one chair or fifteen chairs for the same price however most Removals companies have a minimum charge.
